Cactus 3

I think you get the picture now. There an infinite variety of these thorny plants in the desert. Many time I wanted to reach out and test the texture with my hand and fingers, but, some of these thorns have barbs that will not release from the skin and then begin to fester. So I looked, but did not touch.

I'm "patiently" waiting for your response from my comments left on yesterdays "post". As previously indicated "cacti can wait a very long time between water refills".

I thought I had answered your question. You asked me what kind of catus I would be and told you that because I am, at times, a pain in the side to you, that is the kind of cactus I would be. But what kind of cactus that actualy is and what it looks like is unknown to me. "Thorn in the side" or "Pain in the Butt" would also be appropos, but again, what does that look like? Let us say for arguments sake, that it is a "Beaver Tail Cactus" The Mexicans in the desert eat them. Because this is all 'tongue in cheek' conversation, I might be the Mexican who just ate a Beaver Tail Cactus and now I am working out the thorn in my cheek with my tongue.
