Water Sports

Keith is reaching for something to hang onto as Andrew corners hard. Click on the photos to make them large.
Yes, they did 'submarine' and took an unexpected dip in the lake. Keith is watching as his sunglasses gently float to the bottom of the lake. He dove down and got them before they were lost forever to the weedy bottom.

After surviving her ride with Andrew on the SeaDoo, she risked a jaunt on the tube. Same deal here .... if she does not flip, Andrew gets to live.

This was a wild ride but again, no flip. Father, son and uncle, what a great team!

The cameras were all clicking on shore as the action was getting heavy.

This three way combo was fun to watch.

Coasting in to shore and greatly relieved to not have any lake water in their stomachs.

Andrew and Nate had a good run around the lake. Nate's speed tolerance improved as the day went by.

Here is Eldon, the Seadoo's owner, putting on a clinic.

Mother and son, Lis and Andrew. He took good care of his mother but a good dump would have been highly entertaining.

Yours truly finally got a turn but half way across the lake, the engine lost revs and I was barely able to limp back to shore. The problem was too difficult to solve so the Seadoo went onto the trailer to be hauled back home to the repair shop.
We are contemplating purchasing one of these water craft. They are fun and versatile and easily transported. As the Grandsons are growing, it would get good use.
